- Rates are exclusive of taxes, service charge, and green tax.
- Rates quoted are per villa per night, including discount and based on twin occupancy, subject to availability, seasonal variations, blackout dates, a cancellation policy and change without notice.
- Rate noted above is based on recent currency exchange data. The rate indicated on your confirmation is in the official hotel currency and you will be charged at that rate at check-out.
- A 100% non-refundable payment is required at the time of booking.
- Half-board dining excludes special events and promotional items.
- Destination dining and spa are subject to advance reservation.
- Airport transfers are via domestic flight from Velana Airport in Malé to our local Kaadedhdhoo Airport followed by a speedboat, subject to 72-hour advance reservation and weather conditions. If an overnight stay in Malé is required, all associated costs are the responsibility of the guest, and there will be no refund for missed nights at the resort.
