Lovely staff, incredible pool, wonderful stay. O the head chef was amazing and could not do enough to make our stay truly unforgettable. The rooms and cleaners were incredible and everything spotless, one of the nicest swimming pools and atmospheres in any hotel I’ve stayed in. A special and incredible team. We stayed around Halloween and the little details of spiders piping on donuts to the decorations really made you feel you were not staying in a hotel but felt like all the staff were family by the end of our stay. A truly unique and special place which we would visit again and again! Thank you, you all are all an amazing and incredible team!

Great stay.. Quiet hotel, clean rooms.. Mr. Tae is extremely attentive and helpful toward guests, and he carries out his work with great professionalism; it is a true honor to have him working at your hotel. I hope to see Mr. Tae and all again very soon—especially the front office staff are very friendly and supportive.

I was impressed from the moment I arrived. The bellhop explained how to use the hotel's facilities very well, and the reception staff were also excellent. The breakfast was great, and the kids loved the suite with the added sofa bed; it was very relaxing for them.
