Great stay.. Quiet hotel, clean rooms.. Mr. Tae is extremely attentive and helpful toward guests, and he carries out his work with great professionalism; it is a true honor to have him working at your hotel. I hope to see Mr. Tae and all again very soon—especially the front office staff are very friendly and supportive.

I was impressed from the moment I arrived. The bellhop explained how to use the hotel's facilities very well, and the reception staff were also excellent. The breakfast was great, and the kids loved the suite with the added sofa bed; it was very relaxing for them.

The accommodation was comfortable, the rooms were spacious and well-designed. The mattress and pillows were soft and comfortable, and there was no noise disturbance. The surroundings of the hotel were lush, quiet, and peaceful. There was a swimming pool with a children's pool. All the staff were lovely. Thank you to Aom, Loh, Hana, and June at the pool bar; everyone provided excellent service, was always smiling, and very welcoming.
